A number of games from publisher 2K have been discounted on the Nintendo Switch eShop for a limited time. Franchises owned by 2K have been well represented on Switch thanks to a number of game collections being ported to the console.
2K is one of two publishing labels owned by Take-Two Interactive, the other being Rockstar Games. While the Rockstar brand is most synonymous with the Grand Theft Auto and Red Dead Redemption series, 2K has a much wider range of franchises that includes BioShock, Civilization, and Borderlands, as well as sports series like NBA 2K and WWE 2K. A number of 2K games like BioShock: The Collection got Switch ports, along with XCOM 2 and the first three mainline Borderlands games.
BioShock Creator Finally Reveals New Game Judas
Many of 2K's games on Switch are currently on sale with discounts of up to 85%. This sale includes BioShock: The Collection which gives players access to all three BioShock games and their expansions for the low price of $10. This would be a good deal for those hoping to catch up on the series before the possible release of BioShock 4 in 2023 following its 2019 announcement or for those looking to revisit the series following last year's reveal of Judas from BioShock creator Ken Levine.
Also included in this sale is Borderlands Legendary Collection for $10 which similarly comes with the mainline Borderlands games with the exception of Borderlands 3 which was released in 2019. This series is widely regarded as some of the best looter shooters ever made and has become the face of the subgenre alongside games like Destiny 2 and Warframe. For those looking to try some of the best strategy game experiences available on Switch, both Sid Meier'sCivilization VI and XCOM 2 Collection
