God of War Ragnarok Patch Fixes Crashes and New Game+ Bugs
Santa Monica Studio’s acclaimed God of War Ragnarok recently received a massive update, adding New Game+. Players can start a new playthrough for more powerful versions of existing level 9 armor, new Enchantments and even expanded arena fights in Niflheim. No such update is free of bugs, and a new patch is available to rectify some of them.
For example, an issue that prevented the Darkdale Waist Guard or Risen Snow Armor from being upgraded past level 9 in New Game+ is fixed. Certain quests like Essence of Hel and Sovereign Coals not granting quest resources have also been fixed. Players who complete these quests will retroactively receive them.
Various crashes that could occur when loading save files or simply navigating the UI have also been fixed. Check out the full patch notes below for more details.

If you receive the armor from the Lost Items Chest in the shop, you will need to restart or reload your game to get the trophy.
Please note that these trophies will be granted retroactively to players who fulfilled the prerequisites between the time the NG+ patch (v. 04.00) and this patch were implemented.
