The excellent open-world RPG Kingdom Come: Deliverance was a surprise hit, considering its real-world, 15th-century Bohemian setting and foregoing the fantastical elements common to games of its ilk, such as Skyrim or Fallout 4. Now, developer Warhorse Studios, based out of Prague, has put out a call to arms (or keyboards) and is mustering a mighty host for a mysterious new project.
Warhorse Studios are seeking a cinematic designer, a completely normal and predictable thing for a video game studio to want to do. However, this mundane job posting appears to be the first official confirmation of a new project's development, and fans couldn't help but begin speculating immediately in the comments section.
Kingdom Come: Deliverance came out in 2018 (we quite liked it), and while many have presumed Warhorse is hard at work on a sequel, the studio has remained remarkably tight-lipped about the situation. As some fans have noted, outside of community content, franchise milestones, and April's Fool's gags, Warhorse has said virtually nothing about the studio's future plans.
Considering the time that has passed, we would have to imagine that news of either Henry of Skallitz's next adventure or an entirely new one can't be too far away. Did you play Kingdom Come: Deliverance? Would you like to see a sequel or an entirely new concept out of Warhorse Studios? Buckle on your gorget in the comments section below.
