In a move that feels like it's going to be a thing moving forward, players of free-to-play footbrawler Omega Strikers will have access to all playable characters immediately, provided they have an active PS Plus subscription.
Omega Strikers is a 3v3 online multiplayer game (available on PS5, coming to PS4) in which teams fight to score by sending the Core into the opposing team's goal. It looks fun, with nice art and distinctive characters, each with unique abilities. Actually, top-down Overwatch isn't a bad touchstone here in terms of presentation (albeit on a smaller scale).
How do you feel about PS Plus subscribers having access to all Strikers right out of the gate? As a free-to-play title, real money can be spent by other players in order to do the same, which could be argued kind of evens the playing field.
