Counter-Strike: Global Offensive remains a perenially popular shooter and a favourite among streamers, with plenty of content creators latching onto the game as a way to provide commentary but it's probably not every day that a ceiling comes down to interrupt.
But this is precisely what happened to Twitch streamer Dylastein (via Dexerto). In a recent stream the creator was spectating a CS:GO match when his room started collapsing. "What the fuck, my ceiling just caved in", he said while broadcasting. "The ceiling just fucking caved in, the actual ceiling just caved in". Perhaps unsurprisingly, the streamer decided to end his broadcast not long after that.

It was a stroke of luck that the ceiling didn't collapse on top of him however as Dylastein revealed via his Twitter account that he had been napping right before the stream. According to the streamer a leak in his house's AC had damaged the drywall, with the water causing the structure to weaken. Dyalstein shared a clip of the incident:
However, it's not all bad news. While the streamer obviously didn't appreciate having to clean up afterwards, and saying so on Twitter, the incident has brought him some Twitch love. Dexerto has been helping him out too, tweeting: "He only has 73 followers, do your thing get him to 1000".
And the response has been well received. "Thank yall so much for all the love!!" Dylastein tweeted. "I set a goal to get 75 followers back in December and within 4 hours of [Dexerto's] post I surpassed 130 and I haven't even started stream today yet."
