Gran Turismo 7 has been updated in the last 24 hours on PS5 and PS4, adding another monthly cycle of cars and events, as well as general updates. The patch brings the Polyphony Digital racer up to version number 1.55 and is available to download now. You can get a visual feel for what's in store in the trailer above.

In addition, there are three new race events to compete in under the World Circuits tab, and another Menu to finish in the GT Café. The game's high-level AI system GT Sophy has also been expanded to be compatible with a further two tracks: Autódromo de Interlagos and Mount Panorama Circuit.

As someone who only plays GT7 for the multiplayer sport mode the new car updates are a bit meh to be honest.
I suppose the new tracks for Sophy AI are good for practice purposes as it's actually quite challenging on its hardest difficulty so I guess there is that at least.
512 out of 523 cars and I’ve never played online or spent anything on MTX (just the 12M plus ones left). GT7 is worth it for VR mode alone (I haven’t played non-VR since I got it).
@DrVenture69 Completely agree 100%. Was on the fence for a good time, got it, lost my marbles. Told my wife, «even on a controller, this, this is the way to play». A month later she got me a gt lite cockpit, and I got the new T598 DAD wheel. Go team Venture!
