Screen Rant has the honor of exclusively revealing the first look at the new C-3PO Life-Size Figure by Sideshow. The latest figure in Sideshow’s line of luxury Star Wars collectibles is inspired by the beloved droid who is every space traveler's friend.
C-3PO has been a part of the Star Wars galaxy since the first film premiered as a standalone 1977, where he was introduced as a protocol droid that befriended Luke Skywalker on account of an importance message that Princess Leia stored in his companion droid, R2-D2. In the intervening decades since A New Hope, he has become one of the very few characters to appear in all three major trilogies of the franchise: the original trilogy, the prequel trilogy, and the sequel trilogy.

Of course, just because C-3PO is ubiquitous doesn't mean he's the first Star Wars figure to receive the Life-Size treatment from Sideshow. Characters from every corner of the galaxy have been committed to Sideshow's collection, such as The Child from Disney+'s recent hit series The Mandalorian, and the villainous yet misunderstood Darth Vader from the original trilogy.
