Upon completing their associated story quest in Patch 10.2, it appears that the Netherwing of Outland are making their way to Azeroth and the Dragon Isles, coming to roost with their distant kin in Thaldraszus.

Described as an unorthodox brood of ethereal dragons, the Nether Drakes were originally spawn of Deathwing, who brought them to Draenor during the second great war, inadvertently exposing their eggs to the chaotic energy of the Twisting Nether when the world was torn asunder and transformed into what we now know as Outland. This infusion changed them forever, resulting in a uniquely ethereal look with a variety of scale colors, though at the cost of considerably shorter lifespans.
During the events of The Burning Crusade, players proved themselves friends to the Netherwing faction, though until this point, the dragons have mostly remained on Outland, while our story has continued beyond.
This changes in Patch 10.2, as we already knew that Vyranoth and Wrathion would be teaming up to recruit new allies in their defense against Fyrakk's upcoming assault on Amirdrassil — seeking the aid of both the Netherwing of Outland and the Thorignir Storm Dragons from Stormheim. While an unlikely pairing, both leaders know what it's like to be an outcast, Wrathion being one of the few uncorrupted spawn of Deathwing, and Vyranoth choosing to betray her Primal Incarnate brothers for the good of the Dragon Isles.
