A deceptively complex puzzle you must solve in 's (D&D) DLC asks you to arrange certain switches assigned to numbers to open the way forward from a jail. You'll have to arrange the levers here into the right position to represent a certain number to unlock the next section of the chapter. This can be tricky to accomplish since no clear clues may hint toward the right answer.
or Chapter 3, is where you encounter this puzzle as you travel to a distant prison that seems deceptively quiet. In the next part of the story, after you defeat the Juggernaut boss in 's DLC, you will see as you enter that part of the prison has been destroyed. Move through the broken walls until you reach a 3x3 wall of switches, with signs next to them displaying numbers.

The signs to the left of each row of switches represent which number every lever represents, meaning you have to create the right number to complete the puzzle. For example, the first-row sign says "1 2 3" to show the first lever can be considered "1" while the next two are "2" and "3" respectively. The same applies to the last two rows in 's DLC, marking levers from 4-9 instead of 1-3.
Unfortunately, there are very few clues telling you the exact number you need to arrange the levers in to solve the puzzle, though this may be some error as of this time of writing. The answer to the puzzle is «3-7-8» for those who are confused. You must pull the third lever in the first row and the initial two levers in the third row to activate one of the jail doors leading more profoundly within the dungeon in 's DLC.
