Marvel’s Avengers final update makes most cosmetics free

Marvel’s Avengers has received its final update through update 2.8 as Crystal Dynamics moves to end full support of the game on September 30th. The key part of this update is that most of the items in the Marketplace are now available for free, with the exception of items unlocked in the campaign and those purchased from the Cosmetic Vendor. Every player who unlocked a trophy or achievement before April 1st will also get Iron Man’s ‘Variable Threat Response Battle Suit.
