Marvel Rivals Drops Moon Knight Gameplay Trailer And Fans Think They've Spotted Another New Character

Marc Spector is one of the most anticipated characters joining the upcoming hero-shooter and it's exciting to see him in action as he seems to be a decent pick for those looking at dealing with multiple enemies at once. He may not sport the raw power of The Hulk, but his gadgets give him an edge, much like another unannounced hero.
Per IGN on YouTube, the trailer for Moon Knight shows off his powers but eagle-eyed fans think they've spotted evidence of a new character: Hawkeye.
As pointed out by Oowops, at the 2:49 mark Clink Barton's face seemingly appears in the killfeed in the upper right corner of the UI. It can be difficult to make out but the character's blond hair, purple face mask, and hood have the community speculating that Hawkeye is the next character to be unveiled; Of course, this should all be taken with a grain of salt until there's an official reveal.
Given the depth of ' launch roster, it's surprising that Hawkeye hasn't been shown off earlier. While it's not confirmed that the sharpshooter will make it into the game, his abilities with a bow (and most other projectiles) make him an easy choice for a shooter, especially one with specific roles for players to assume. Much like Hanzo in , it's likely that Hawkeye players will stick to the background and dish out damage with some precise shots, requiring more aim than other, more aggressive positions.
As for Moon Knight, Marc Spector is expected to be a front-line damage dealer as his skill set is focused on dishing out damage to several enemies at once. He boasts the keyword «bounce» which allows his attacks to ricochet off enemies, potentially dealing multiple hits with a single Crescent Dart. His unique abilities also hard counter characters who can turn invisible, making him essential in certain situations.
