The iPhone SE 4 launch might be undecided due to several factors, but more details concerning its appearance and features indicate that Apple has not given up on its low-cost lineup. Similarities with the iPhone 14 design mean that the iPhone SE 4 will likely sport a 6.1-inch OLED screen but without ProMotion support, as Apple would need to keep manufacturing costs down.
