While takes players on an action-packed adventure across the globe, some of the best moments are the game's treasure hunting and puzzle mechanics. Being one of the first significant locations in The Great Circle, the Vatican holds plenty of collectibles and additional content for players to uncover. While not every quest in The Great Circle has the same level of reward or intrigue as the rest, missions like The Secret of Giants sidequest are more than a worthwhile detour.
The first part of this quest will be uncovered through mandatory sections of the main story, but completing the side quest is entirely up to players to decide if it's worth it to attempt. With the game being hit with waves of positive reviews, it's hard to resist the temptation of completing every piece of side content available throughout each map. While the rewards aren't the most permanent out there, The Secret of Giants is an entertaining puzzle in that comes to a satisfyingly challenging conclusion.
After snapping photos of all 10 of the inscriptions scattered across the Vatican, Indy will return the printed versions to Father Antonio, who will display them on a corkboard. Immediately upon delivery, players will be rewarded with 40 adventure points alongside an ancient relic required to finish off the Vatican's list of collectibles. While these rewards might not seem worth the time investment initially, their true potential comes in the form of a hidden puzzle found later in the area.
The Fountain Of Confession Puzzle is one of the last puzzles the player must solve in the Vatican City in order to progress the main story.
