PSVR2's flagship game, Horizon Call of the Mountain, has just received a pretty decent update. Available to download and install now, the patch (version 1.04) makes a number of nice accessibility improvements, as well as fixing a whole bunch of bugs.
To start with, subtitles now have more options; you can add a black background to make them easier to read, as well as add speaker colours to better indicate who's talking. You can also increase the font size across subtitles, tutorials, and action prompts.
Elsewhere, the game now includes a high contrast mode to make it easier to find objects you can interact with, and new options for automatically crafting arrows and tools have been added. When replaying missions, you can now disable tutorials, and the slow-motion effect on large jumps can now be toggled off.
Beyond that, update 1.04 fixes lots of bugs with specific missions, machines, and UI. We've popped the full patch notes below:
