Of the many collectibles in , Landing Platforms are one of the few that do not appear as icons on the map and are exclusively found in the Highlands. Players must use a broom or Mount to reach most of them. There is no specific puzzle needed to solve the Landing Platforms, simply dismounting and standing on the platform will trigger the collectible. The platform will begin spinning, and the cauldrons will light on fire when it is done. After starting the first one, the Challenge will unlock under the Exploration category in the Field Guide.
There are 20 total Landing Platforms scattered across the open world map of . Some of them are harder or easier to spot, but most of them will be on high points. There are a few exceptions that are noted in the directions below. They are grouped generally by section of the map, including the Northern Regions, Hogwarts Valley & Feldcroft, and the Southern Regions.

There are six total landing platforms in the northern parts of the Highlands. Of those, there is only one in South Hogwarts, which encompasses most of the Castle grounds.
Go to Pitt-Upon-Ford and look up toward the clefts to the West. The landing platform is on top of a wooden platform on the cliffs above.
This one is on the northern border of the region, very near the North Ford Bog line. There is a line of balloons just by the landing platform. It is also between a small and medium Bandit camp, on another cliff.
This one is hidden among the rocks just above a Merlin Trial. From the site of the Merlin Trial in , look directly up and Northwest. This is at the southern end of
