Their dens can be pinpointed to several locations across the in-game map, primarily near wetlands and bodies of water. After completing Deek's quest entitled The Elf, the Nab-Sack, and the Loom, students will need to capture these beasts in their natural habitats, per Professor Howin's assignment, and nurture them within the Vivarium in the Room of Requirement. With great care, Giant Purple Toads will provide players with Toad Warts to brew potions and upgrade gear, but they must first be caught.
