The Arrowverse is an ongoing series of live-action superhero shows fans have adored for years, but when Harley Quinn has a comic “crossover" with that TV universe, she takes Arrow star Stephen Amell down a few pegs! Harley being starstruck is a fun interaction for readers to witness, especially when the real-life Oliver Queen isn’t the object of her obsessive fangirling.
Part of 2014’s Harley Quinn Invades Comic-Con International: San Diego one-shot, by Amanda Conner, Jimmy Palmiotti, and “some of the greatest artists of all time” (according to the cover blurb), this special issue is about exactly what the title implies: Harley Quinn arriving at San Diego Comic-Con! And what’s more, Harley is a secret lover of all things comics, so her main goal outside of partaking in all the comic book shenanigans is to get recognized (and hopefully employed) by one of the dozens of industry professionals in attendance.

And as Harley does her best to track down anyone who will take a chance on her creatively (her interaction with the iconic DC artist Jim Lee is a standout moment of this issue), Harley instead finds herself face-to-face with the original Arrowverse hero himself, Green Arrow, played by actor Stephen Amell.
Seeing Stephen Amell in the crowd as he's bombarded by Arrow and Arrowverse fans alike, Harley gets in on the excitement by exclaiming, “Oh, my God! It’s you! I can’t believe it! I think I’m gonna pass out!
