Arrow star Stephen Amell, has discussed the possibility of returning to the role of the emerald archer of Star City. Amell played Oliver Queen, who is also the vigilante who worked to unmask the corruption plaguing the city he grew up in and called home.

This has been a frequent discussion, as this wasn't the first time the actor was asked, and Amell has recently spoke about his interest in the idea of coming back as Oliver Queen.
