A brand new promotional image from the next upcoming Marvel blockbuster, Thor: Love and the Thunder, has revealed both Star-Lord and Mantis attempting to deal with Thor's own personal crisis. Being the fourth of the God of Thunder's titular appearances in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the film was quickly put into development shortly after the positive response to the third film, Ragnorak. After some production delays during the coronavirus pandemic, the film is scheduled for release on July 8, 2022.
Thor: Love and Thunder picks up with Thor after the events of Avengers: Endgame, following the mighty God after his trip with the Guardians of the Galaxy and as he tries to find some kind of inner peace, all the while dealing with a new, dangerous threat. The talented cast of the film features faces old and new with the likes of Chris Hemsworth, Natalie Portman, Christian Bale, Tessa Thompson, Jaimie Alexander, Taika Waititi, and Russell Crowe. With Thor facing such a crisis, it has been said that the Guardians will try to help him through it before he goes off on his own.

In a new issue of Total Film (via GamesRader+), new promotional images from Thor: Love & Thunder have been released. They tease many moments, including the best look yet at Natalie Portman in Mighty Thor's armor and a new image of Chris Hemsworth as Thor. One of the most interesting images of the collection, however, showcases the Guardians' Star-Lord and Mantis looking rather concerned at Thor, who instead looks rather zen and calm, sporting a flowy, white robe to fit his demeanor.
