Despite taking as big a step away from the formula as it ever has done before via Final Fantasy 16, the backbone of the Final Fantasy series is RPGs. Perhaps none more so than Final Fantasy 14 which continues to grow and has a massive following even though two more games in the series have been released since. Soon, your Final Fantasy 14 experience won't be limited to your screens as the game will be getting an official tabletop RPG adaptation.
Square Enix announced the tabletop version of Final Fantasy 14 this week, sharing images and pre-order information for the game. Framed as an entirely new way to experience Eorzea, you can pre-order a starter set for the game right now through the studio's official store. Don't block out a few days in your diary for your first campaign just yet, though. The TTRPG currently has a release date of May 2024 attached to it.

The Final Fantasy 14 TTRPG starter set can be pre-ordered for $59.99 through the link below. The set includes everything you'll need for your campaign, although there are two other books listed as "coming soon" on the site that will presumably give you the chance to expand on your experience with the game.
