I enjoy my fair share of pixel games, but I feel like the graphics of newer games have spoiled players, myself included. The character details in help give the cast an extra layer of depth that wasn't possible to include in the original game because of its graphical and technological limitations. While was already a beloved game with its original graphics, its looks along with its outdated gameplay mechanics and control schemes that weren't made with a PC or newer controllers in mind can be enough to deter players from giving it a try.
