Famitsu Sales: 7/10/23 – 7/16/23
Famitsu has published its estimated physical game software and hardware sales data for Japan for the week of July 10, 2023 to July 16, 2023.
Atelier Marie Remake: The Alchemist of Salburg was the highest selling new title last week, opening at 16,101 copies on Switch and 5,078 copies on PlayStation 5 for an opening week total of 21,179 retail copies sold.
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom for Switch remained the overall highest selling game of the week, moving an additional 18,109 retail copies.
On the hardware side, the Switch family sold 64,926 units, the PlayStation 5 family sold 45,459 units, the PlayStation 4 family sold 1,193 units, and the Xbox Series family sold 869 units.
