Those eager to dive into the next Call of Duty installment might be counting down the days. We know Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III is the next game coming out into the marketplace. We also know tomorrow, we’ll get the big reveal event. However, there are still some questions left to be answered. One of those is if the Zombies game mode would return. Thanks to some new tweets surfacing online, a teaser for a Zombies mode can be uncovered from the phone number Activision first supplied.

Teasers are what’s getting some Call of Duty fans through this period as we wait for the big reveal event. But one teaser is finally surfacing online. Thanks to the Gaming Bible, we’re finding out that the phone number that first started the teases for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III has an Easter Egg. Players can text the number Zombies, and it would then send back a link to a sound file that sounds like Zombies. That has fans speculating and expecting that this fan-favorite mode will return. 

Of course, this is not confirmed just yet, but why feature this teaser if it won’t be featured in some capacity in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III? It’s left some fans wondering if we’ll get some Zombies footage or confirmation during the big reveal event tomorrow. That said, we might not see anything highlighted tomorrow to show off the Zombies mode. We have until November before the game comes out, so it might be a piece of marketing materials to hype up the game release
