Famitsu has published its estimated physical game software and hardware sales data for Japan for the week of July 3, 2023 to July 9, 2023.
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom for Switch was the highest selling game of the week, moving an additional 17,996 retail copies. Final Fantasy XVI for PlayStation 5 followed at an additional 14,109 retail copies.
No new releases charted in the top 10.
On the hardware side, the Switch family sold 86,450 units, the PlayStation 5 family sold 48,858 units, the PlayStation 4 family sold 3,196 units, and the Xbox Series family sold 824 units.
