Exclusive Dino Dex Clip Features a T-Rex Encounter
ComingSoon is debuting an exclusive clip from Sinking Ship Entertainment‘s dinosaur adventure comedy. The show’s second batch of episodes will be arriving on Amazon Kids+ and Prime Video on Friday, February 14.
“Dex is a 9-year-old artist, explorer, and ‘paleontologist in training’. Like Dan, Trek, and Dana before him, Dex uses his Dino Field Guide to magically see and study dinosaurs in the real world. But Dex envisions them a little differently,” reads the official synopsis. “Thanks to his artistic eye, Dex wants to reconsider how dinosaurs looked and lived and he’s not afraid to get right into the action to do it. Fortunately, he’s got his geology-loving neighbor Kayla along for this prehistoric ride. Join Dex and Kayla as they re-examine and question everything we thought we knew about dinosaurs.”

The video features the titular 9-year-old paleontologist in training as he finds himself face to face with T-Rex. The cast includes Ana Victoria Dinapo as Kayla, Juan Pablo Romero as Dex, Amish Patel as Dad, Nicola Correia-Damude as Mom, Michela Luci as Dana, Saara Chaudry as Saara, Josette Jorge as Kayla’s mom, Breeze Dango as Kasey, and more.
Dino Dex is written, directed, and created by J. J. Johnson. The show is executive produced by Kirsten Hurd, Josh Mandel, Natasha Negrea, Blair Powers, Matthew J.R. Bishop, and Christin Simms, with Sari Friedland and Kirsten Hurd serving as producers.
