«A common concern was the pressure associated with having a rank reset every half-season, which has made participating in competitive mode less enjoyable. In light of the community's input, we have decided to make some changes to optimize the rank system.»
The details of this change mention that the first half of Season One is still set to end on February 21, and players will still receive their rank-up rewards such as the costume and Crests of Honor. The change here is, of course, no rank reset on February 21, and players will keep their rank from the end of the first half of the season.
