According to 's website, players will choose whether to play as a rogue, a druid, a fighter, or a wizard. Once they've chosen their class, they'll set off from the Yawning Portal Inn (a Waterdeep landmark) and eventually enter a dungeon to complete challenges and earn experience points. The adventure will culminate with an «epic confrontation», assumably with the dragon at the heart of the story. The experience will run for four months from December through March before moving to another North American city.
