The upcomingDragonflight Guardians of the Dream update introduces new public events to World of Warcraft. Blizzard previews the main new event, Superbloom, where you have to assist in helping to protect and nurture Amirdrassil, the World Tree.
The World Tree is a target in this latest update, from the first raid that will also open up with the update to this companion public event. In the raid, Amirdrassil, The Dream’s Hope, Fyrakk’s quest for power threatens it. In Superbloom, you will help an Ancient of Life named Sprucecrown, who appears every hour on the hour, with tasks like watering flowers and pulling the weeds to let him complete his ritual that is intended to bloom life and nourish the tree. you'll also have to defend against Ppimalists who are working to prevent the ritual’s completion.
During the event, you earn Bloom by protecting Sprucecrown, defeating those Primalists, and helping creatures. As he continues the ritual, Dreamfruit will begin to grow on the trees, Each fruit can offer a different blessing from a particular pool that includes things like Bloom bonuses, combat bonuses, and more.. At first, you'll be able to find one fruit and gain one power, but keep an eye on your Renown that you earn with the Dream Wardens, because you can unlock up to four available fruit and up to four powers.
Fill up your Bloom bar by slaying the waves of Primalists and you can summon Marikke, their dragonkin leader. The more Bloom you earn, the better some rewards will be, but there’s no minimum to be rewarded. Clarelle, Sprucecrown’s caretaker, will give you a weekly quest. Blizzard is once again adding in some help for smaller groups to still benefit from public events. Small groups will get some bonus Bloom to help
