In the Warbands screenshot, players have noticed that the Dracthyr is level 13 and is wearing Leather armor. Does this mean that Dracthyr are being expanded to other classes in The War Within?

In yesterday's presentation, the following screenshot was shown.

Normally, Dracthyr can only be Evokers and start at level 58 in their own starting zone.

A level 13 Dracthyr is currently impossible. In addition, the Dracthyr is wearing the Shoulders and Belt from a leather set from Outdoor activities in the Emerald Dream.
