In the Warbands screenshot, players have noticed that the Dracthyr is level 13 and is wearing Leather armor. Does this mean that Dracthyr are being expanded to other classes in The War Within?

Update: Blizzard clarified in the WoW Deep Dive panel at BlizzCon that the Warband Character Select Screen was just an internal mockup and that no additional changes are coming to Dracthyr class options at this time.

However, Blizzard did mention that Dragonflight would be the default leveling experience in the The War Within and Evokers would start at level 10.

In yesterday's presentation, the following screenshot was shown.

Normally, Dracthyr can only be Evokers and start at level 58 in their own starting zone. A level 13 Dracthyr is currently impossible. In addition, the Dracthyr is wearing the Shoulders and Belt from a leather set from Outdoor activities in the Emerald Dream. Considering, Dracthyr currently wear mail, it would be really weird to wear a leather set.
