One of the oddest things players can find in is a set of new Tarot Cards. These new cards represent figures from the Minor Arcana and may give V some insight into the events and characters of. However, to find these cryptic clues and complete the side quest, players must search in a few different spots across the Dogtown district.
V can collect Tarot Cards in the base game as part of the side quest in order to earn an achievement. However, those were clearly marked on V’s map of Night City, making them easy to find. In contrast, contains four new Tarot Cards, all of which are unmarked. You’ll need to keep an eye out when visiting the following locations during big story moments.

The first Minor Arcana Tarot Card can be found outside Dogtown’s main gate on a small wall to the right of the entrance. This is roughly where the DLC starts, so players should make sure they’re well-prepared for before visiting.
The second Minor Arcana Tarot Card is found on the wall just outside V’s Kress Street hideout. You’ll gain access to the area after rescuing President Myers and searching for a safehouse.
The third Minor Arcana Tarot Card is found on the wall to the left of a Dogtown basketball court, at the location marked above. You’ll visit the area to meet Solomon Reed for the first time.
The last Minor Arcana Tarot Card can be found in the back of an alleyway in the Longshore Stacks, at the location marked above. You’ll end up close to this Tarot Card after exiting the FIA safehouse for the first time.
