Charlie Cox wants to see Daredevil earn a big costume change and adding the DD logo to his suit in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. After playing Matt Murdock for three seasons of Daredevil on Netflix, Cox's time as the blind Marvel superhero lawyer seemed to be over. Netflix canceled all of its Marvel shows by 2019 even though Daredevil season 3 was very well-received. It turned out Marvel Studios had plans for Daredevil, though, as Cox returned to the role for a cameo in Spider-Man: No Way Home as Peter Parker's lawyer.
Although Matt Murdock didn't suit up as Daredevil in Spider-Man: No Way Home, his return indicates that he'll be back in future MCU projects. It isn't confirmed where Cox will appear next, although he says he has an idea of what the future holds. Rumors have run wild that Matt Murdock will return next in She-Hulk and could also factor into the Hawkeye spinoff show, Echo. As Cox makes more appearances, it will only be a matter of time before he puts on the Daredevil costume again. Many want to see a more comic book faithful suit in the MCU than the Netflix shows featured, including the use of Daredevil's DD logo.

Now that Cox is able to openly talk about his return as Daredevil in Spider-Man: No Way Home, a recent interview with ComicBook included him being asked about the future. This including questions about what he wants to see next from Daredevil in the MCU, specifically what he wants to be wearing. Although Cox originally said he didn't want to speculate about his future suit to keep fans from expecting a certain type of costume, he did mention that he wants the evolution of Daredevil getting the classic DD logo to feel earned
