One example of this is in the game's boat sections, which will enable more non-linearity for Leon and the player. In the original 2005 release, riding boats didn't go beyond getting to the Del Lago boss fight and activating loading screens. Now, gamers will be able to actually steer themselves into new areas, and while some of these locations will be locked off, they will be accessible by solving small puzzles.
