Capcom has rolled out a new Resident Evil Village PS5 update, which addresses a progression issue when playing the game with PSVR2.
The release notes for this new update are relatively minimal, but we wanted to share them nonetheless as we're pretty sure that those playing the game in PSVR2 will be happy to learn that this progression issue should be fixed after installing this update. The following update has been made to Resident Evil Village VR Mode.
Resident Evil Village is available globally now for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X\S, Xbox One, and PC. The game received a free VR upgrade for PSVR2 alongside the launch of Sony's newest PSVR version last month. Those on PC can unofficially experience the game in VR mode (RE7 as well) via community mods.
