The first area found in Chapter 1 of is the Village, which has an area on the map called the Gap in the Wall that players cannot get into without a certain item found later in the story. Although an area that shows up on players' maps far beforehand, Leon can't enter the Gap in the Wall on his own, as this section of the Village Square has too many obstacles for him to bypass himself. Thankfully, players have to go back through the Village later in the game, so they have another chance to get to the loot within this space later on.
Should players try to approach the Gap in the Wall during Chapter 1, an icon will appear on their map crossed out, letting them know the area is locked off for now. While moving on from the Village with stones left unturned might be challenging, players need to progress further into the story before they can get into the Gap in the Wall. Players shouldn't worry too much about this for now and instead focus on finding other collectibles, such as the Blue Medallions scattered along the map to unlock powerful weapons.

Once players find Ashley in Chapter 5, they will need to travel back through the Village to get to the Extraction Point. Ashley can help Leon get through the Gap in the Wall, as players help her get inside by using the "interact" prompt before she opens the front door for Leon. This immediately gives players access to all the treasure inside, which gives them a valuable item similar to the Pearl Pendant in that may be sold to the Merchant for a high price. Players will need to act carefully, traveling back to the Gap in the Wall, as many enemies will try and stop Leon as he tries to protect Ashley along
