Since Overwatch 2 was released last year, many players have come up with unique plays to thwart their enemies, including this genius way of avoiding death utilizing Sigma's Ultimate ability. Because Overwatch 2 has a diverse roster of heroes, there are tons of abilities that can be used in countless ways, and this player may have found the best use of Sigma's Ult.
Sigma was introduced to the Overwatch franchise with an update during the original title, but the tank hero also received his own changes when Overwatch 2 launched. Offering a useful barrier and projectiles that ricochet off of surfaces to hit enemies at an angle, Sigma also has a big crowd control maneuver in his Ultimate called Gravitic Flux. When Sigma unleashes Gravitic Flux in Overwatch 2, it's usually used to lift and slam enemy players, but one fan has utilized the floating aspect of the Ultimate to their benefit.

Reddit user Prettymuchzoinks has garnered 6,300 upvotes on a clip in which they're fending off an enemyOverwatch 2 team as Sigma on the hybrid map Paraiso to minimal avail. The Overwatch 2 Sigma uses the Accretion skill to slam an enemy Reinhardt's shield before quickly throwing down a barrier to absorb damage from the opposing tank's Ultimate ability. Potentially frustrated by the well-timed block, the Overwatch 2 Reinhardt charges at Sigma and successfully grabs the tank hero as they both sail off the side of Paraiso and start falling to their death.
