A new Apex Legends leak suggests that Ballistic, AKA Caliber, could be the next legend introduced in the game. Speculation about the new character indicates that he may be the son of Kuben Blisk, the main villain of the Titanfall series, who also appeared in Apex Legends previously.
Apex Legends Season 16 brought several improvements to the game, such as a brand-new assault rifle, diverse skins, music packs, and more. According to the YoutTbe content creator Bobz’s latest video, who carefully studied a new leak, several audio files from Mirage, Gibraltar, and others are pointing out the existence of this new character. The audio, which can be seen in the video, mentions the name Ballistic in a conversation between the characters. Gibraltar, for instance, seems to recognize the name and affirms that it brings back memories from his Thunderdrome days, which suggests some connection between the characters.
The new legend will be possibly related to Kuben Blisk, a Titanfall character that also appeared as a Syndicate mercenary in Apex Legends and currently holds the title of Ballistic. He competed in the Thunderdrome, and some of the audio seems to indicate that this son may be taking up his mantle.
