The latest patch for Baldur’s Gate 3 has implemented a much-requested feature, as you can now change your appearance, pronouns, and body type after character creation with the aid of a Magic Mirror. However, there are some limitations to these changes, and some things cannot be altered, even with the power of magic.
Baldur’s Gate 3 has extensive character creation options, so many that it’s easy to get buyer’s remorse and want to start over. Many players spent over an hour in the character creator, only to change their mind partway through Act I, and were sent straight back to the Nautiloid with a fresh new hero and a desire to approach the game differently.

Once you have downloaded Patch 3, you will be able to access the Magic Mirror from your camp, which you can visit after the Nautiloid crashes at the beginning of Act I. You can use this Magic Mirror to alter aspects of your character’s design, though it bears mentioning that it cannot change aspects of your character class.
