Lies of P: How to Trade Rare Ergo (Hunter Locations)
Boss weapons and rare amulets can only be crafted in after you find the location of a treasure hunter whom you can trade Rare Ergo for these powerful items. However, lying to the hunter NPC the first time you meet them might make it hard to craft this gear. You may have to track down the hunter a second time to finally give away your collected Ergo for some of the game's best tools.
Rare Ergo is usually dropped from bosses you encounter across Krat, such as Champion Victor or the King's Flame, Fuoco in . While you could consume Rare Ergo for lots of regular Ergo, you should hold onto these items before deciding to expend them. Around Chapter 4, you will have an opportunity to meet the NPC Alidoro, a potential vendor who will also take the Rare Ergo you earn.

The self-proclaimed treasure hunter Alidoro is found first at the St. Frangelico Cathedral Library, past the elevator leading to the top of the area. Starting from the Stargazer fast travel spot in this zone, go through the door in front of you, then turn left and take the ladder going up. From here, go past the room with two large pillars in before descendingthe stairs ahead of you, where you should see the elevator leading to the top.
Speaking to Alidoro reveals how the hunter feels lonely in the devastated lands in and is looking for other survivors. You can either lie and send him to Vegnigni Works or tell the truth and tell him about Hotel Krat. If you are deceitful, you can find Alidoro again at the Workshop Union Entrance later. This will initiate another situation where you could lead him to the Hotel or elsewhere.
