One of the first Dark Urge-specific scenes is when the Dark Urge wakes up at camp to find they murdered Alfira. If Astarion is the only companion that's been recruited at this point, he has a string of dialogue about the incident that's specific to the situation because he and the Dark Urge are the only ones who could've killed Alfira. The Dark Urge tells Astarion that they don't remember killing Alfira, which results in him mentioning his casual relationship with murder, then saying, Given the circumstances, he makes a fair point.
