Preorders for the Asus ROG Ally are live now. The brand-new PC gaming handheld launches on June 13 for $700. A second, less powerful model will release later this year for $600, though preorders for that specific SKU are not live at this time. If you're interested in the ROG Ally, we'd recommend ordering as soon as possible, as preorders could sell out--especially since the device is exclusive to Best Buy at this time. In addition to the handheld, there are several official accessories, including a pro controller, carrying case, and charger dock.
The Asus ROG Ally is the manufacturer's answer to the Steam Deck. Though the Windows handheld is slightly pricier than the most expensive Steam Deck ($649), its specifications, as you'll see below, are more impressive than Valve's handhelds. It remains to be seen how the two handhelds will compare from a direct performance perspective.

Asus is also releasing a pro-style controller for PC, specifically aimed at the ROG Ally. It has four remappable back buttons that can be assigned to inputs or even used to adjust joystick sensitivity. It also has trigger locks with customizable dead zones, which you can adjust using Asus' proprietary Armoury Crate app. It comes with an OLED display, a built-in DAC, and can connect via Bluetooth, 2.4GHz or USB-C.
It's not available to preorder just yet, but a cheaper model of the Raikiri will be available for $100
