According to Morgan Stanley's Erik Woodring, Apple supplier Quanta Computer is aiming to ramp up the production of notebooks in the second half of this year compared to the prior (via MacRumors). The analyst coins that the production is associated with the new 15-inch MacBook Air that Apple is aiming to launch at its highly anticipated WWDC event in June. This is not the first time that we are hearing details on the larger version of the MacBook Air.
In his Power On newsletter last month, Bloomberg's Mark Gurman stated that Apple plans to launch a 15-inch version of the MacBook Air at its WWDC event. Gurman stated that Apple will reveal the machine alongside its major software updates such as iOS 17, watchOS 10, and many more. He also stated that the company will release its AR Headset alongside the new MacBook.
