is an absolutely enormous game. With 139 side quests, 60 Side Adventures, and 31 Shrine Quests, there is just so much for Link to do in the latest installment from the long-running and ever-popular series. While many of these non-main story side quests are rewarding and fun, some of 's side quests just aren't, for whatever reason, worth the time or effort required to complete.
features a significant number of Side Quests, Side Adventures, and Shrine Quests resulting in a total of 230 missions in addition to the already expansive Main Quests. The game's side quests range from rather simplistic item collection missions to battles with mini-bosses such as Gleeok and Frox. Although has some excellent Side Quests, they are not all necessarily worth the heavy time, energy, and effort investment required to complete — some are outright boring.

"" begins in Tarrey Town with Link purchasing a "" from Hagie for 50 Rupees. The weird rock is actually a shrine crystal, and purchasing it and returning it to its proper place will allow Link to enter the Jochi-ihiga Shrine. Although the shrine will reward Link with a diamond, "" is an obnoxiously tedious quest, and with over 150 shrines in the land of Hyrule, what is the point of going through this slog of a side mission? This side quest need only be completed by those who plan on completing all 152 shrines.
"" is an okay side quest, made almost unplayable by the fact that the quest marker fails to leave the person who gives the quest. "" is given to Link by Quincey, and it involves Link scouring the Canyon searching for three of Quincey's lost companions. One is easy to find, but the other two are an enormous pain
