The first thing most will notice about is its stunning art style. Rendered in the lavishly colorful, incessantly adorned style of an illuminated manuscript, it looks less like a point-and-click adventure game and more like a museum piece. It follows Andreas Maler, a painter of such manuscripts, as he traverses three stages of his life during a turbulent era of history.
