February 20 has seen two new games added to , and six more are on the way. However, two games will also disappear from the subscription service at the end of the month.
The two games that arrived on Game Pass today are the JRPG Tales of Arise and the sci-fi narrative adventure game Return to Grace. 2021’s Tales of Arise is the latest installment in Bandai Namco’s long-running Tales series and saw mostly positive reviews. Return to Grace casts players as a space archaeologist investigating the fragmented personalities of an ancient artificial intelligence called Grace. Released last May, it likewise saw a mostly positive reception.
Game Pass’s six upcoming games include Bluey: The Video Game on February 22. It’s followed by Maneater and Madden NFL 24 on February 27, Indivisible on February 28, and Space Engineer on February 29. Finally, Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun hits the service on March 5. Madden NFL 24 requires EA play and is only available via cloud gaming. All the other games will also be available on Game Pass for PC and Xbox consoles.
Auroch Digital and Focus Entertainment released Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun last year. The Doom-inspired “boomer shooter” puts the player into the power-armored boots of a 40K Ultramarine. It is also a soft sequel to Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine set several years after the 2011 game. While it was available on Xbox One and Series X/S since launch, it only arrives on Game Pass this month.
Madden NFL 22 and Soul Hackers 2 will leave the subscription service on February 29. Developed by Atlus and published internationally by Sega, Soul Hackers 2 received mixed reviews when it launched in 2020. However, anyone who tried it on Game Pass and decided they like it can grab Soul Hackers 2 for only $17.99. The game normally retails for $59.99.
