Whoopi Goldberg is very upset that Diablo IV is not available to play on Apple computers. In a post on Instagram, the accomplished actress and host of The View said she purchased Diablo IV, only to find out later that it's not actually available on Mac.
«You know how much I love Diablo,» Goldberg said, speaking directly to Blizzard. «Allow us to play on the Apple. Let us do it and have a great time,» she said. «I paid for it, I was all excited for it. This really pissed me off...»

Blizzard boss Rod Fergusson reacted to Goldberg's comments on Twitter, saying he did not expect the Oscar-winner to yell at him over social media. Goldberg is not the only person wondering why Diablo IV is not officially supported on Apple computers, as many are questioning Blizzard's choice to not supple Apple's platform.
2012's Diablo III is currently available on Mac, but Goldberg and others understandably want to play the new game on a machine they already have. Diablo IV launched simultaneously across PC and consoles, which is new for the series. The game also supports cross-play and cross-progression, another new feature for the franchise (outside of Diablo Immortal).

Goldberg is one of 18 people who have won an Emmy, a Grammy, an Academy Award, and a Tony Award to complete the EGOT. What she doesn't have, however, is a copy of Diablo IV that works on her computer. No doubt she could afford a computer that runs the game, but for Goldberg, it sounds like a matter of principle.
