The Armourer stands at the top of their Armory, above an area with a huge collection of enemies just waiting to attack anyone who enters without permission.
Try to use stealth to take out as many enemies as possible in the bandit camps you come across. Alerting anyone could lead to a massive brawl where Grayson is alerted, especially once you're within the Bandit Armory.

When you have the best weapons in , taking out the smaller Level 16–26 enemies that spawn in the Armory's camp will not be much of a detour.
