Apex Legends’ Double Take Collection event kicks off today and brings with it the introduction of Quads, a 4 Legend squad takeover that will run through the end of the season. There’s also the collection event items, of course, and notably some long overdue nerfs for Bangalore, Bloodhound, and the Havoc weapon.

Bangalore’s nerfs are a bit less intense, but significant. Respawn’s added a white highlight to players caught in Bangalore’s smoke. The outline is only visible to players within 20 meters of the smoke, however.
Lastly, there’s Havoc, an energy weapon that Respawn has called “a force to be reckoned with.” Well, they’ve reckoned with it some and reduced its magazine size for the base weapon as well as all of its ammo bolstering attachments.
