The has begun today, July 18, on Xbox and PC. The sale includes discounts on hundreds of Xbox games, over 200 PC games, and select DLC expansions. As usual, the Ultimate Game Sale will run for the customary two-week period, thus ending on July 31.
In addition to Xbox and PC games, the Microsoft Store Ultimate Game Sale also offers discounts on consoles and accessories. There are discounts on several Xbox controllers, beginning at $10 off the basic Xbox Wireless Controllers. The biggest discount is saved for the Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2, which has $29 off its retail price right now. Xbox console wraps have up to 50% off their prices, while refurbished Xbox Series X consoles have $20 knocked off their price.
The main draw is likely to be the games, though. Xbox games have discounts of up to 80% and include titles like EA Sports FC 24, WWE 2K24, Forza Horizon 5, Street Fighter 6, Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II, Elden Ring, Diablo IV, and Palworld. The full list of over 1,000 games and DLC expansions can be seen on the Microsoft Store website, although these can also be purchased through your Xbox Series X|S or Xbox One consoles too.
While there is a lesser number of PC games included in the sale, there are still some notable titles. There are discounts of up to 80% on games such as Spyro Reignited Trilogy, Forza Horizon 5, Destiny 2: Legacy Collection, Age of Empires IV, Microsoft Flight Simulator, Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II, and LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga. All of the PC games can be purchased through the Microsoft Store website or the Microsoft Store app on PC.
