launches for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S on July 19. In preparation for the release, EA Sports is sharing its rankings of the toughest stadiums, best teams, and more. Stadiums are up first, with the developer ranking all 25 arenas from most to least challenging.
As EA Sports explained, teams in College Football 25 benefit from home-field advantage, which it discussed further in the gameplay deep dive. “Audio and in-game modifiers such as blurred routes, incorrect play art, confidence, and composure affects, and screen shaking are some of the immersive impacts away teams, and players will be forced to contend with,” said EA.
However, not all of College Football 25’s home team advantages are equal, with some stadiums tipping the scales more than others. EA Sports says it based the strength of each stadium’s advantage on a combination of real-world stats, including “home winning %, home game attendance, active home winning streaks, team prestige, and more.”
